By placing an order or making a purchase through the website, the customer declares that they have read these terms and conditions, agree to all of its provisions, and will not have any claims or demands against the website, the company, the website’s management, or its employees regarding these terms and conditions.

The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Prices and Taxes

Product prices on the website include VAT as required by law.

The company’s computer records shall serve as prima facie evidence of the accuracy of transactions made through the website.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. However, Kudriya will make every effort to present as accurate a representation as possible.

Kudriya does not guarantee that all models or items displayed on the website will be in stock.

All prices listed on the website are in New Israeli Shekels (NIS), including VAT (where applicable), but excluding shipping costs.

The applicable price for an order is the price listed at the time the order process is completed (including the submission of credit card details). If prices are updated before the order process is completed, the customer will be charged according to the updated prices.

Direct cardholders are not eligible for refunds. Direct cardholders are entitled to a credit on the website only.

When updating the shopping cart, Kudriya reserves the right to send the customer a reminder regarding abandoned carts via email to the provided address.

By registering on the website or entering personal details to make a purchase, the customer agrees to receive marketing communications from the website. If the customer wishes to unsubscribe from marketing emails after registering, they can do so easily via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Note that there are separate mailing lists: one for general updates about the website and another for personal updates. Registration on the website is limited to one account per customer. The company reserves the right to remove duplicate accounts.

Ordering Products

To ensure efficient processing of the order, the customer must provide accurate details. If incorrect details are provided during the order process, Kudriya cannot guarantee the delivery of the products to the correct address. If the products are returned to Kudriya due to incorrect details, the customer will be charged for shipping and handling fees. Therefore, it is important to provide accurate and up-to-date details.

Once the order is placed, Kudriya will verify the credit card details. Upon approval of the transaction by the credit card company, the customer will receive a confirmation email regarding the order.

It is clarified that the details entered by the customer in the order form and the transaction records in Kudriya’s computer system shall serve as conclusive proof of the validity of the transaction.

If the credit card transaction is not approved, the customer will be notified and will need to provide an alternative payment method.

Order approval is conditional upon the product being available in Kudriya’s inventory at the requested delivery time and/or at the time of the order. However, if the product is not available in stock and has not been removed from the website before the order is completed, Kudriya will not be obligated to sell the product, and the customer will have no claims against the website or the company regarding this. If this occurs, Kudriya will refund any payment made by the customer or cancel the charge if already processed.

Kudriya reserves the right to offer an alternative product of equal value if the ordered product is unavailable.

The customer is allowed to select the desired delivery address, which will be updated in the system as the customer’s preferred address for future orders.

Customer Eligibility

The customer must be legally capable of performing binding legal actions. If the customer is a minor (under 18 years old) or not authorized to perform legal actions without the consent of a guardian, the customer is deemed to have received the guardian’s approval.

The customer must have a valid credit card issued by one of the recognized credit card companies.

If the credit card is invalid, or if the credit card company does not authorize the payment, or if the product is out of stock, the website management will contact the customer to complete or cancel the order.

Cancellation Policy and Returns

As per the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, swimwear bottoms (swimwear bottom parts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
