Product Delivery
The website operator will deliver only products that have been fully paid for to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. Upon transferring the order for shipping, an email notification will be sent to the user.
Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website. The shipping fee will be charged for delivery to one destination, even if multiple items are ordered.
The website operator will deliver the items to the user through an independent shipping entity. The terms and conditions of the shipping entity used for delivery will apply to the product delivery via the website and will bind the customer.
Without derogating from the above, the website operator reserves the sole discretion to determine the delivery destinations within Israel.
For orders within Israel, delivery areas will be determined at the sole discretion of the website operator and/or the shipping company they choose to work with. For remote locations—such as the Arava region, Eilat, and towns in the Golan Heights—or areas with restricted access due to security reasons, or other locations not serviced by the shipping company, the order will be sent individually as coordinated with the customer.
Delivery of items by the shipping company will be made within several days from the date of order placement on the website (up to 7 business days).
It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of sales or end-of-season promotions may have a delivery time exceeding 10 business days.
In exceptional cases where urgent shipping is required, customers can contact customer service by phone to check the possibility of expediting the delivery.
For the avoidance of doubt, "business day" for the purposes of this policy refers to Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and days of rest.
The website operator is not responsible for any act or omission by the shipping company and will not provide compensation to the customer for delays caused by the shipping company.
Without derogating from the above, the customer agrees that the website operator shall not be held liable for delivery delays due to events beyond its control, such as strikes or work stoppages, communication, telephony, or computing system failures, acts of hostility or force majeure (e.g., war, strikes, terror attacks, natural disasters, etc.).
It is clarified that the delivery of items may be conditional upon presenting the user's ID and the order confirmation number as received from the ordering system upon completing the transaction, at the sole discretion of the website operator. It is agreed that the website operator or its representatives may require additional identification measures, at their sole discretion, as a condition for handing over the items to the user.
