Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Policy
Users are requested to carefully read this section and thoroughly verify the appropriate sizes based on the size chart published on the website, paying particular attention to the legal provisions regarding the return policy for underwear and swimwear.

The product return policy described below is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, considering the provisions regarding the return policy for underwear and swimwear, as well as other relevant laws, including Ministry of Health directives.

Below are the details of the cancellation and/or return policy and their conditions:

1. Cancellation of Purchase Within One Hour

   • Users may cancel their purchase within one hour of completing their order on the website and before the product is shipped by calling customer service at 054-6460665.
   • In such cases, the user will be refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping fees, less 5% of the purchase value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

2. Cancellation After Product Shipment

   • If the purchase is canceled after the product has been shipped, provided the packaging has not been opened, the user may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be returned to the flagship store.
   • The refund amount will exclude shipping fees, and an additional deduction of 5% of the purchase value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.

3. Monetary Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the law to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase and according to the timelines of the credit card company.

4. Swimwear Returns

   • Bottoms: Not returnable under Ministry of Health directives.
   • Tops: Can be exchanged or returned if unused and in good condition. However, no monetary refunds will be given. Instead, users may receive a replacement of the same item in a different size or store credit for use at the flagship store, deducting shipping fees paid by the user. Note that pricing at the flagship store may differ from website pricing.

5. Returns of Non-Swimwear Items

   • Users may cancel their purchase of non-swimwear items within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused and in good condition.
   • For non-defective items, shipping fees will not be refunded, and a deduction of 5% of the purchase value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will apply.

6. Returns and Exchanges for Swimwear Tops

   • These must be sent to the website operator’s address (as stated in the website's terms and conditions) or brought to the flagship store within 14 days of receiving the item, following the general exchange policy.
   • Credit or store credit will only be issued if the item is returned unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

7. Condition of Returned Items

   • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from any signs of wear, such as perfume, lotion, makeup stains, or other defects.
   • Items failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for refunds or credit, as determined at the sole discretion of the website operator.

8. Special Conditions for Sale Items

   • Items purchased during sales or end-of-season promotions may only be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, subject to the Consumer Protection Law. During sales, all shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

9. Non-Refundable Items

   • Items for which no payment was made will not qualify for monetary refunds.
   • Store credit will be issued for two years from the date of return.

10. Invoices Required

    • Refunds or store credit will only be issued upon presentation of the original purchase invoice.
