The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, to the address provided in a separate message.
For clarity, swimwear can only be returned if it is in original condition, has not been used, and if the hygiene tags or stickers have not been removed.

Additional Notes:

• Credit or a refund will be issued only if the product is returned unused.
• Once the product is received back, the credit will be processed within up to 5 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method that the customer used for the purchase.
Items purchased as part of promotions and/or end-of-season sales on the website can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection law.
